HT says today on page  07 – “Lokpal would have jurisdiction only over NGOs,trusts and charitable societies receiving donations from government”. In fact the parliamentary panel has recommended exclusion of government aided institutions.

On the front page  HT ,Sonia Gandhi saying BJP exposed by ex-CAG official on 2G appears but BJP’s MM Joshi’s  response on National TV yesterday, Sorry madam, it’s  the Congress that is exposed ” does a vanishing trick.
