In a large play ground in one corner a thick  semi circular metallic  ring is dug into the ground.

To the ring is attached a huge air balloon that’s floating high above the ground.

Children are merrily playing around.

One passerby.  They wanted the memorial in ground itself. This is a WIN WIN situation for all !
