Glaring errors noticed in the newspaper reporting on the President of India’s visit to Mumbai. The Times of India report on page 9 reads: speaking at a function in Mumbai on Wednesday to mark the release of commemorative postage stamps of the late Yeshwantrao Chavan and the late Bhausaheb Hiray, Patil said……………, but the photograph along side shows the president releasing the  commemorative postage stamp of late Sir Sorabji Pochkhanwalla founder of Central Bank of India.

Hindustan Times report on page 06: qualitative education, technical expertise and dynamic entrepreneurship are keys to the progress of India which has a  55 -crore population, said President Pratibha Patil.  What has  happened to the other 50 -crore plus Indians ?
