I am rather at a loss to know the reasons for many tender advertisements of PSUs appearing regularly in colour in the leading Dailies,when black and white ads would serve the purpose economically. The continuous colour ads especially of Cental and Western railways appearing regularly is quite wasteful of tax payer’s money.Even a Tata group company takes care to release its tender ads in black and white . I am sure the Tatas are making more profits than our Railways.

When Tatas are so careful with their money why is it so compelling for our PSUs and departmental undertakings to be extravagant especially when the government’s deficits are hitting the roof.

The disease is spreading quite fast to many other Govrnment organisations too.If not nipped in the bud I am sure another scam is waiting to get added to the already existing long list of scams and corruption.Please stop this Colourful Waste.
