News: The Minority Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid of the Congress- led UPA Government wants reservations for backward Muslims and the creation of more minority districts. The cut-off to be reduced to 15 % from 25 % of the district population for declaring it as MCD (Minority Concentration District ). Expresses happiness at  SC allowing the operation of the law on Minority Reservation.
