TOI Reader’s Views- Prof R R Pillai
Today’s news caption on page 19 of TOI reads ” Rahul backs UID…………………” And theĀ report further says ” Speaking at the 20th anniversary lecture of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Contemporary Studies, where Professor Thomas Pogge of Yale University delivered the anniversary lecture on ‘ globalization, justice and rights’. ”
The Photograph of Professor Thomas Pogge is not accompanying this news report. But unrelated Priyanka Gandhi ‘s Photograph is all present and beaming.
Is Times Of India promoting Priyanka Gandhi now that Rahul Gandhi is not seem to be delivering. May be not but TOI the leading paper should not take readers for granted. Readers can make out whom is the paper serving , readers or the Congress Party. TOI should stop this old timeĀ game of using the paper for party propaganda.
